VP - International Trade Finance - Bank

VP-International Trade Finance role with a Reputed International bank based out of Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Origination of the International Business-activities according to the strategy and management of national & international Business projects. Servicing of existing business relationships internationally and with export oriented European companies.

Business responsibilities :

The tasks are based on the following structure :

- Trade Finance

- L/Cs (issuance, confirmation, discounting, refinancing)

- Promissory Notes, Bills of Exchange (discount with and without recourse)

- Structured Trade Finance

- Pre-export Finance (max 3-year tenor)

- Pre-payment Finance (max 1-year tenor)

- Tolling (max 1-year tenor)

- Invoice Finance (max 1-year tenor)

- Receivables Finance (max -year tenor)

- Syndication Participations

- Participations in primary and secondary market commodity finance transactions (i.e. structured by other banks like CS, DB, SCB) and related to the Bank's core geographic area

- Participations in primary market syndications of commodity finance transactions structured by other banks and related to the Bank's core geographic area

- Lending to Indian / Indian related corporate

- Term loans

- Collateralized loans

- Syndication Distributions

- Sell discounted Promissory Notes / Bills of Exchange.

- Sell (unfunded) risk participations in L/C confirmations and (funded) L/C discounting and L/C refinancing. L/C risks might be insured on the Lloyds market as well.

- Sell (funded) primary and secondary market transactions structured by the Bank
