Age: 35 Years and Above

- Should poses sound techno commercial background & technical knowledge of Markets and tenders.

- If dealt in defense tenders will be added advantage.

- Conceptualize, plan and implement marketing strategy for the organization in line with the Business Strategy

- Well experience in international & domestic tendering, submission and execution of tenders

- Knowledge of Middle East, Africa, U.S and different regions of the world Market is must, should have dealt on the same.

- Business / Market Development Globally.

- Travel globally to initiate development and acquisition dialogue for new business.

- Can handle suppliers and logistics

- Managing all trading activities. Traveling for various vendors' development in different parts of India and abroad. Liasioning work with various corporate clients.

- Detail oriented but with quick decision making.

- Can handle the teams. Excellent documentation skills

- Ability to develop and apply strategic planning processes and develop customer-focused action plans

- Develop pricing strategy analysis of Customer/Market Research, Current Market Conditions

- Highly Influencing and negotiation skills

- Effective speaker and should have experience in organizing the trade fairs and different exhibitions

- Experience in working in a multi culture environment across various geographies.

- Person from defense background will be preferred.

People Management

- Manage the performance of the team set annual performance goals, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance in coordination with HR and Management.

- Identify their training and development needs and ensure their fulfillment

- Develop and mentor subordinates to move to the next higher level of job through career planning and develop a development chart

- Ensure compliance to Company policies and values. Coordinate with the HR for appraisals of the Marketing team.
