Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)

Job Description :
- Under the guidance of the Global Head of Communications – support the Communication Functional Leads by developing strategic employee communication campaigns for the achievement of business objectives and goals of all Global Functions.
Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas
- Develop and execute communications campaigns and projects aimed at winning Hearts and Minds of employees within around strategic projects and goals.
- Ensure these campaigns are correctly targeted, reach the right audience and are executed within budget
- Develop knowledge and understanding of :
- The Groups strategy
- The strategy
- The appropriate Global Business or Global Function strategy
- Responsible for the intranet – keep the content current and engaging and ensuring the channel is considered as a key communication channel
- Run Global Recognition programmes like Platinum League
- Develop and execute communications campaigns and projects for all 6 Global Functions GSD, SWD, ITO, CRE, Procurement & CRAO aimed at mobilizing employees around achievement of organisation objectives
- Provides Relationship Management for Corporate Real Estate and Procurement Functions.
- Track and measure the success of communication programmes and provide feedback to business stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Global communications hub team, Global Publishing Services delivery leads and the Global Businesses or Global Functions as and where required
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards and governance for employee communications
- Develop and execute high quality, innovative campaigns and projects aligned to the organisational strategy.
- Develop accurate measurables to evaluate sustained and periodic impact of campaigns and initiatives on business objectives.
- Ensure alignment and positioning of the brand both internally and externally in line with the Group guidelines.
- Is Line Manager to a team of Four Senior Communication Professionals based across locations.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications (For the role – Minimum requirements of the role.)
An experienced communications professional possessing the following:
- 10 - 16 years in Corporate Communications field heading Internal Communications in a reputed MNC preferably in BPO / IT / Banking MNCs with a proven track record of obtaining excellent performance from teams and individuals.
- Should have driven Internal Communications in an MNC into BPO / IT / Banking leading the initiatives across geographies.
- Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing employee communication plans translating into tangible, practical delivery programmes
- A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and manage and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals
- Ability to interact well with senior management
- Creates lasting, positive relationships with key stakeholder groups
- Good management, interpersonal, project management, creative, verbal and written communication skills essential.
