About our Client:

Our client is a Leading MNC Bank with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe. India has been growing as the centre of excellence for key IB functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for a seasoned professional in Internal Audit for their setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

Reporting to the India Head of Internal Audit, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Preparing MIS and risk pacs for audit committee, internal stakeholders and regulators.

- Managing audit planning cycle (manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects).

- Looking after the on boarding of new staff, supporting and advising on L&D requirements, enabling appraisal etc.

- Managing contracts and payments with existing vendors.

- Strategizing the way forward for the Internal Audit function.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are Qualified CA / MBA with 10 yrs of post qualification experience within a Services setup.

- Prior experience as Project Management / Internal Audit is a must.

- You should have prior experience in working across multiple processes and working with senior stakeholders.
