We have an urgent opening for VP- Internal Audit with a leading micro finance company in Hyderabad.

Experience: 10+ years

Qualification: Only CA qualified

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: MD

Team handling role

Should have experience in handling banking or financial clients or company.

Job Responsibility:

Develops department level, goals, objectives and budget so as to best support achievement of the overall organization goals

Monitors performance versus budget so as to ensure cost effective implementation of the Internal Audit plans (By Q4)

Ensures timely preparation and efficient execution of the internal audit plan to ensure integrity of internal systems and processes

Managing credit policy of the company so as to minimize delinquency and ensure quality of portfolio and minimize the risk faced by the organization

Ensures definition and continuous improvement of risk management and internal control processes in order to reduce operational risk faced by the organization

Contribute significantly towards building strong and effective risk awareness and control consciousness within the organization

Responsible for recruitment, retention, skill development, growth and satisfaction of team

To plan, develop and oversee the implementation of effective audit programs and investigations so as to ensure integrity of all operations processes identify areas of risk and, and to provide recommendations on best practice, which will help improve the same
