About our Client - Our client is a Leading Global Bank with operations in over 50 countries across the world and a successful history in India as well. They have been expanding their shared service set up and are looking for a seasoned finance professional for their Inter company reconciliations team setup for multiple geographies and business verticals for the organization

Job Description - Reporting to the Director Inter company reconciliations; you will be responsible for:

- Managing entire end to end inter-company reconciliations piece for the group

- Understanding Transfer Pricing policies between countries where group entities are present

- Creating and managing Inter company agreements for group entities

- Working closely with financial control and group consolidation team

- Liaising with senior stakeholders across different businesses and geographies

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified CA with minimum of 10 years post qualification work experience in Inter-company reconciliations, Transfer Pricing, Finance & Accounting operations. Prior experience in team and senior stakeholders management is also a must.
