VP - Insurance SMAC Solutions Delivery

Our client is looking to hire VP for the Insurance delivery organization. This position reports into the Offshore Practice Head. Looking for a leader who has consultative and Solutions mind set

Must have skills: Insurance, experience related to SMAC technologies, Consultative/Solution skills

- Good to have skills: Product development experience owning IP ideation and creation

- Has front-ended and won the deals with IP led / Output based models

- Has managed a 100M+ P&L

- Achieve Revenue and Margin targets

- Build solution and service delivery capability (SMAC space)

- Build high performance teams

- Good Understanding of Offshore Delivery methodology, best practices

- Strong Presentation & Client facing skills

- Exposure to Different types of Delivery methods, Application Development, Application maintenance, Systems Integration (transformation deals)

- Strong in solutioning, estimations and bid management

- Strong on processes and quality management

- Articulate, customer facing with good communication skills

- Exceptional team building skills

- Experience in managing Competencies, Practice Development, Handling large teams, People Mentoring

- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to leverage assets and resources

- Build domain and technology capability within the BU in SMAC

- Drive best-in-class delivery practices across accounts and projects with clear focus on enhancing customer experience

- Drive innovation culture within the team

- Build a strong second line of delivery managers and develop capabilities in line with changing demand

- Proactive Risk identification and mitigation

- Status reporting to customer

- Work with internal and external partners to deliver effectively

Business Development

- Work with onsite partner to define, evolve and execute strategy

- Drive the solution, estimates, pricing and packaging for proposals

- Ensure proposal/change order are well articulated with no ambiguity

Practice Management

- Manage P&L for the SBU

- Drive operational cleanliness and optimization and process discipline
