Role: VP - Information Security

Location: Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Mumbai

Experience: 18+ yrs experience in managing teams (least 5+ senior professionals) in direct reporting relationships.

EDUCATION: Graduates / Post-graduates in Information Technology or Engineering. Technical education in Computer Science, IT related field (BCA, MCA, B. Tech) or post graduate qualifications (MBA or CA). Industry certifications such as CISSP and CISA. Other certifications like CEH, CHFI, CCNA, ITIL are recommended. Excellent understanding of Information security network and systems security.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This senior leader will be responsible for the delivery of Information Security function at Global Center of Delivery (India, Latin America). This organization will be responsible for Insider Threat Management, Primary Detect and Respond, provision user access request, application assessment, vendor assessment and leverage Secondary function operating in a follow-the-sun 7x24 model. Manage risk routines, provide QA / QC deliverables as part of the risk management processes, measuring success through metrics (SLAs) and client satisfaction, and work effectively with regional and global leaders to ensure business requirements.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

- Security operations

- Activities include vulnerability scanning, threat management, security assessment, patch management, event-log management

- Implementing & managing security tools like IPS, Data leakage prevention tools, Tivoli Security compliance manager, Websense, Antivirus etc

- Analysis of security risk, risk mitigation plan and escalation to management

- Work in an agile environment and address 24/7 business issues/escalation

- Perform security risk assessments (Threat modeling) and presenting mitigation recommendations to Business

- Operational excellence through continuous improvements, breakthrough innovations and Six Sigma based measurement techniques
