Positon - Vice President - Informatica COE Lead / Development Manager

Job Title: VP Informatica COE Lead / Development Manager

Responsibilities

- Manage / Lead team of around 30+, including consultants and FTE in Powai/Mumbai.

- Manage Multiple project deliveries

- Provide inputs in yearly budget to regional managers and local management

- Drive Informatica COE

- Overall planning and tracking of deliverables from offshore

- Responsible for technical implementation of GFA components. Analysis and design upstream data interfaces, financial rules engine, manual entry tool, DataMart/reporting tool and reconciliation tools.

- Work with Business Analyst/Data Analyst to understand functional requirement and translate into technology deliverables. Communicate requirements and design to offshore developers and direct their development activities

- Work with front and back office technology teams for data analysis

- Work as an escalation from the production support team to resolve the issues after deployment

- Work in global environment with multiple regional teams, bridge to the local priorities.

Requirements (indicate mandatory and/or preferred):

Mandatory

- 10+ years of working experience with application development and design

- Strong technical skills in Oracle and Informatica

- Good knowledge about DWH

- Working experience in Finance Industry

- Experience with managing multiple projects with onsite - offshore development model

- Flexible for changes and ability to multi-tasks

- Hard working and self-motivated person

- Excellent verbal and written communication

Preferred

- Working experience of Unix Shell script , Autosys

- Working experience with accounting system development

- Proactive and willing to learn

- Knowledge on PeopleSoft
