VP

We are looking for someone with 8-10 Yrs of experience into Identity and Access Management. Also atleast 2 years of Team Management Experience.

The opening is with one of the Leading MNC into Investment Banking and the Location is Gurgaon.

Role & Responsibilities :-

1) Candidate would be responsible for administration of user access, including Windows 2003, Unix, in-house and 3rd party applications.

2) 2+ years career experience in Team Management including managing day to day BAU, processes, performance and reviews.

3) Lead and manage a team of AIM professionals.

4) Develop and increase the level of access and identity management skills within the AIM team.

5) Collect, analyze and publish team metrics reports.

6) Interview/hire candidates for the AIM team.

7) Interface with IT Risk and act as regional AIM lead for SOR/SOX audit controls.

8) Create, modify and delete end-user and system accounts for Company's applications and operating platforms.

9) Assist in the training of new AIM team members on team tools and responsibilities., etc
