We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in HR role based at Hyderabad.
- Required experience of 14-20 years with full time MBA from ITES/ Banking/ BPO.
Role involves:
- Responsible for handling HR engagement with business, retention, employee connect
- Excellent functional knowledge of HR practices. Good people management skills coupled with strong ability to manage and influence customers.
- Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives to be driven across all entities Pan India.
- Design and implement all HR programs such as Orientation, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all employees.
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization-Pan India
- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
