- Would be responsible to design a HR department from scratch.
- Would be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR activities (Talent acquisition, Talent management, Talent development, Employee engagement, etc...)
- Strategize HR processes to match with the companys vision of rapid growth and market expansion
- Connecting with employees, guide them on companys expectations etc
- Create and Engage actively in company's leadership training program
- Excellent communication skills to be able to work with the US team
- Work experience in a US product based company will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work in medium sized organization
