We are looking for dynamic and passionate professionals in the roles of VP -HR.
Purpose of the Role -
A. To lead from the front the entire gamut of Human Resource Development while facilitating the organization, in formulating the HR strategy (short / mid-term).
B. Simultaneously, leading the HR teams at Head Office and the State Units in stepping up productivity and creating a congenial environment.
Key Competencies
- Possess enough skills on talent acquisition, assessment, trait analysis etc.
- Knowledge of the latest tools of leadership trait analysis and facilitating individually & collectively the leadership team in their continuous development. Therefore, prerequisite will be the ability to structure and resolve the hurdles in creating a dynamic team.
- Have exposure and knowledge in effective performance management system
- Through benchmarking with e-Commerce / rural sector businesses, re-shaping HR policies, which would be aligned with business strategy.
- Hands-on approach to best HR practices in the industry.
- Ability / hands-on exposure to reignite the organization specially after a huge exercise of cost rationalization (including manpower)

Around 15-20 years (Experience in e-Commerce / Telecom / FMCG / rural marketing business is very important)
People working in Western / Northern regions and ready to relocate to Kolkata would be preferred.
