- Defining the learning and recruitment strategy, setting high standard principles for the same.

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition & end-to-end recruitment cycle.

- Define & Implement HR policies

- Responsible for Performance Management System.

- Work with the management to align HR strategies / needs with business needs.

- Ensure that the HR function is focused on the critical business imperatives and operates in accordance with strategic directions of the company.

- Formulating the HR Plan and ensuring its communication and effective implementation.

- Reviewing & revising HR policies.

- Conducting new employee orientation program, briefing them on onboarding / handholding.

- Organize & conducting employee testing & recruitment programs

- Conducting other training programs on change in benefits, policies etc.

- Identifying practical solutions to HR issues & recommending appropriate action plan.

- Administering & keeping information on benefits & compensation packages up-to-date.

- Maintains & manages external interface of HR with Recruitment / Search firms.

- Addressing employee grievances & issues related to attendance, disciplinary, performance & act accordingly to resolve them.
