VP - Human Capital Reporting & Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities :

Human Capital Reporting and Analytics (HCRA) is a centralized Global team established to provide Human Capital Reporting & Analytics on the entire employee life-cycle of Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention, with a strong secure management model wrapped around it.

HCRA currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated, career oriented individual, based in Mumbai. The position will support delivery of human capital reporting to HR (primary business partner), All Business and Regions will be in a seamless and efficient fashion.

Specific accountability includes, but not limited to :

- Lead a team of highly talented individuals who would be assisting in delivery of reports, identifying new areas of analytics via automation and creating value and decision support to the partners. The team also works on doing research of reason for trends for metrics globally and the individual would be expected to provide guidance on the same

- Ensure all processes and procedures are documented using the required project templates and standards, with required reviews by the Customer, Risk and Compliance, Operations being completed

- Ensure adherence to information security guidelines

- Understand the working processes for each project and/or limitations in order to ensure workarounds are creatively utilized to meet project needs and recommend and implement process re-engineering, where applicable

- Able to identify, manage, anticipate, identify opportunities and address key stakeholders- expectations and provide timely feedback to necessary stakeholders

- Continuously review existing processes and identify opportunities to drive standardization, rationalization and efficiency while delivering highest level of partner satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with clients and business leaders to clarify reporting needs and facilitate reporting solutions that meet or exceed the needs of the client

Qualifications :

- Post Grads Degree or equivalent

- 8+ years of experience in an HR Reporting or Management Reporting role, including demonstrated experience of managing senior business partner relationship while working across countries / regions / geographies

- Demonstrable experience of leading, influencing and collaborating across a matrix organization

- Highly effective communicator, able to interact with senior, global business management

- Ability to lead and drive independently and take personal initiative

- Sharp motivational and influencing skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Business Objects

- Strong Project management, People management and experience with Stakeholder management
