About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank providing a wide range of financial services across corporate, investment and retail banking. With a strong global presence and a strong foothold in the APAC and Indian market, they are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to act as the single point of contact for HR Service Delivery between India and Japan & Asia

Job Description - delivery & Country Relationship Management along with functionally manage one of the HR Solutions sub-functions (e.g. Onboarding, Payroll, Lifecycle Management, etc.) from a Change Management perspective, acting as a channel and influence between the Country HR Stakeholders and HRS in India.

- You will partner with HRS Utility Head and team to ensure HRS provides efficient and effective services that support the ongoing needs of the business. Foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of timely and quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements

- Strategy - Support and Implement the short and long term HRS strategy and service delivery model including the Opex deliverables and communicate action plans to continue the transition of HRS from a decentralized model into a Consistent and more Centralized model

- Standardization and Automation - Continually assess the technology footprint that will allow HRS to optimize the HR service delivery model. Pursue and support strategic investments in technology to automate manual activities, perform system upgrades, manage ongoing vendor relationships and use strategic outsourcing to complement internal technology or gaps in knowledge and expertise

- Execution and Single Point of Contact for the Country - Ensure the HRS organization executes on its strategic projects and ensure service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in the right direction. Be the single point of contact for the country on all implementation, escalations and decisions

- Functional Ownership - Oversee one of the HR Solutions sub-functions (e.g. Onboarding, Payroll, Lifecycle Management, etc.) from a Change Management perspective working in close liaison with the Utility Head

The Successful Candidate - You will come with 10-15 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services. 5+ years in Senior stakeholder management (In India and Internationally) is essential for this role. You will demonstrate thorough understanding of the HR shared service space and will have the ability to deliver thought leadership and stake holder management on process migration
