Job Description - As a leader in the HR transformation team, you work with the business and CoEs to drive change management, organisation development initiatives across the global organisation.

Client Details:

Description :

Drive large scale HR transformation projects for the organisation across change management, organisation development, talent management, workforce planing, HR operations.

Lead project work streams from planning to implementation.

Be able to influence stakeholders to gain support for any change initiatives / decisions.

Identify, effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues.

Profile:

- You will have at least 12 years of experience post MBA from a reputed institute.

- Experience working with leading IT / Consulting firms, driving large scale projects across the organisation.

- Strong leadership skills and executive presence.

- Ability to be collaborative, flexible and creative.
