About our Client - Our client is a major service provider in business process management specifically within the Banking and Financial Services space. They cater to a global clientèle which includes major bulge bracket banks across the world. They are now building on their already large footprint in India
Job Description - Reporting to the Head HR your primary responsibilities will be:
- Build up your team which would provide the back end operational support to the various hr functions
- Lead and manage the team in providing best practice operational support
- The different verticals in HR your team will be providing support would be to the talent acquisition team, talent management team, talent engagement team and learning and development team
- You will drive re engineering of HR processes to bring in efficiency using technology
- Strategizing and implementing programs /processes to maximize output and keep team engaged
- This is a managerial opportunity to lead a HR operations team within a world class business.
The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 13 - 16 years of work experience either within a BPO or KPO having handled large teams. You must have HR operations/ shared service experience and the passion to continue your career in the same field. Excellent communication and team management skills are a must . You must be a strategic thinker and not a purely operational person.
