- Pivotal role in designing of company's policies & procedures benefitted to both the business & associates of the organization e.g.-Travel, Coaching /Disciplinary, Rewards & Recognition, Leaves, Career policy etc.
- Handling HR Operations
- HR Strategy to execution- Partnering with the CXO/Function Head on Translating the business strategies to People programs & processes; creating harmonization on how HR is delivered to the business.
- Build on the Organization structures .
- Institutionalized learning Culture & successful in implementing leadership programs including Leadership Essentials Accelerated
- Program (LEAP) to grown Leaders within the system; Women in Leadership programs, Store leadership programs etc.
- Transfer capability within the brands to learn & grow best of practices, product know how, people process.
- Institutionalize digital initiatives to build in people experiences on areas like Onboarding, Attendance Management, Performance &
- Talent Management, Learning Management System (LMS), Payroll & Compliances (Comly4HR)

- Support acquisitions, divestments and new business mobilization as required (including due diligence).
- Organization Health & Culture via employee pulse survey & implement initiatives around the core needs of the employees.
- Focus on external Brand building
- Partnering with Business stakeholders/ leadership and external partner on the design & right structuresto support the business strategy
