About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank which has seen stellar growth in the last decade. Having started their analytics practice a few years back, they are very ambitious to grow it further and develop world class talent of enterprising individuals. Therefore they are looking for a very seasoned analytics professional to become a part of their HR analytics practice.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics techniques in real-world business problems and to deliver succinct, user-friendly analytics to help solve the same

- Developing hypothesis around complex human capital issues and offer analytics-based solutions that are practical and actionable

- Interfacing with Business, key stakeholders, champions & re-engineering leadership to drive reengineering activities.

- Communicating with Senior HR Leadership through Service Managers and independently, as needed.

- Creating and delivering executive, high-impact presentations.

- Providing workforce and expense related decision management information to senior executives as required for major global headcount/organization change initiatives.

- Understanding the workforce strategies of the businesses and identifying ways in which Reporting team can support those strategies.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you have a Master's degree in statistics/economics/mathematics from a Tier 1 college. You have a strong foundation in statistical techniques and decision sciences and have over 8-10 years of experience. HR Analytics Work experience is mandatory. You have a proven track record in service excellence and delivering analytical projects that aided business decision making. You are a highly effective communicator, able to interact with senior, global business management.
