VP-HR Analytics
Role Summmary:
- In close working relationship with HR / HR Service Delivery, assist with the definition and development of the strategy for the Reporting & Analytics platform for Group HR. Develops relationships with areas and portfolios in need of information support and define the operational boundaries and framework. Will develop the infrastructure to provide strategic and tactical information support to assigned area or portfolio.
- Understand customer needs and the business environment and translate into a commercial business case for a globally consistent service. Drive the delivery of consistent and scalable services across the Group through global implementation of a relevant Target Operating Model (as defined by Business Partner), facilitating the achievement of the Business Partner objective (as appropriate).
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- This position requires a Master’s and 12+ years experience.
- This position requires: Excellent with Statistical techniques using SAS ,excellent management, project management, organizational, analytical and technical skills;
- Demonstrated ability in managing a multitude of projects and requests of varying degrees of complexity;
- A commitment to provide a high degree of customer service; the ability to actively listen, interview and apply information from meetings to complete assigned tasks;
- Excellent cognitive and mathematical aptitude; and strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in any sector within Analytics preferred- HR, Banking,Telecom,CPG,Retails,utilities etc.
Education: Should be from Tier I or II institutes.
