VP/Head - IT Production Operations & Application Support - Telecom

We are hiring for VP level person those who have good experience into Production operations & Application support related to Telecom products like OSS & BSS.

- Working on Strategy for optimizing work and resource through RPA (UiPath)

- Delivery of the IT services as per contractually agreed SLA and KPIs.

- Experience as Operations Head for Enterprise

- Experience with multi-application and multi-technology landscape

- Strategy, Planning, implementation and change management

- Ownership of the Operations Architecture - people, tools, processes and SoPs all required to support production operations.

- Coordination between Operations, Delivery, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure system performance
