About our Client - Our client is a high-profile worldwide leading financial institution with significant presence in Asia. Due to constant expansion and to bring their business to even greater heights in India, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a seasoned technology professional to take on a pioneer leadership role in their office located in Bangalore.

Job Description - As the head of the unit, you will report to the Head of Information Technology. You will have a team of 20 people reporting to you and this team will be responsible for over 900 people. Key responsibilities will include Handle all process improvements, which include performance management, project management and KPIs.

- Be the responsible for complete delivery performance for the offshore unit.

- Monitor and follow up on all IT investment and costs by liaising with the Finance team.

- Monitor and maintain hiring and forecasts across all business lines.

- Be the key champion for off shoring to India by working with key stakeholders abroad.

- Work with the business lines to use CRM to make day to day activities more productive.

The Successful Candidate - A successful applicant will have at least 12 years of experience in process delivery and off shoring. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly autonomous to execute his duties. At least 6 years of complete P & L responsibility is compulsory.
