Purpose of Role
Responsible for handling a range of strategic initiatives focusing mainly on overall governance, fostering healthy employee relations, and implementing policies and procedures by enforcing organization standards. The role is second in line to Head HR and is a strategic position responsible for assisting in creating and implementing crucial policies and programs that enable the company to reach its business goal,
Main Responsibilities
[A] Employee Relations & HR Governance
Under Employee Relations (ER) and governance, the key responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining effective governance frameworks and robust ER strategies to uphold employee policies, regulation, and ethical standard in the organization.
Candidate Profile / Skillset
- Excellent leadership, team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation influencing and relationship management skills.
- Candidate from global capability center (GCC) with proven experience in GCC governance, employee relations, performance management and policy development. Ideally, those in BFSI captive is preferred.
- Possess a deep understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience: 12-15 years (GCC, ideally, Banking Captive experience is preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management & can operate in a highly matrixed environment and at all levels of the organization.
