VP/Head - F&A Transition - Captive Firm

VP /Head in F&A transition for a leading captive in Pune

- Support deployment of the strategic roadmap of the Global Finance Transition program for the region aligned with, covering areas within the process) which will entail revamping the company Finance organization spread over ~130 countries.

- Partner with the Regional Leads across business units to deploy the Finance Transition roadmap

- Own the Migration of work from regions into GSC Finance

- Enable design and implementation of Global standard processes.

- Participate in Pre-transition workshops to gain further insight and fine-tune the solution to meet stakeholders stated and unstated needs and develop and refine stakeholder engagement strategies with senior leadership expectations and relationship management practices

- Support all Change management initiatives to identify & act on all potential areas requiring focus and dedicated efforts towards aligning global organization as per the new vision

- Leading the reviews and evaluating success on the engagement framework for regional transitions. Engage with stakeholders to continuously monitor progress against the engagement framework.
