Role: VP / Head - End to end Advisory Business (B2C Real estate Sales)
Reports to : Co-Founders.
Looking for candidate who has strong experience in real estate sales & Customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Setup the entire business and operations for e2e advisory business (B2C) so that it can scale to support thousands of transactions in home-buyer advisory every year.
- Establish company as the leading channel partner for every leading builder
- Build a high energy and high performance sales and operations team for e2e business across all markets
- Work closely with the product team to build best in class digital home buying experience for home buyers
- Build a marketplace for the company certified brokers who can help scale our e2e business rapidly across India
Requirements
- Candidate to have 13+ years of experience; experience in building a new business in the real estate domain will be an added advantage
- Experience of leading a large sales and operations
- History of driving growth in a new business or start up environment
- Good understanding of the Real estate landscape
- Established relationships with large and small builders (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment
- Excellent Relationship Management skills
