VP/Head - Business Excellence - MBB - Offshoring/BFSI Shared Service Industry

- Head Process Excellence function for one of the large business unit for the organization.

- Manage a team of senior Process Excellence professionals and drive initiatives.

- Prepare the roadmap for process optimization, improvement and have active participation in strategy of BU.

- Work closely with global stakeholders and operations leader to identify the scope for improvement and drive execution.

- Create more visibility for India business by driving cost initiatives.

Job Specification -

- 15+ years of experience in Offshoring Industry, BFSI Shared Service preferred

- MBB Certified

- Experience at a leadership level of at least 6 years

- Experience of working in global environment, working closely with global stakeholders

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Experience in Project Management/Program Management and driving large quality projects
