Job Title: VP/Head - Business Development
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for identifying clients in need of the company's specific suit of solutions
- Understand the company's unique service offering and strategize a route to attract or educate clients who are in need of such solutions.
- Take responsibility for developing & maintaining commercially productive relationship with new clients.
- Getting new clients for the company which is a financial & legal advisory company. The company provides solutions for companies and promoters facing NPA, Personal Guarantee, Third Party Gaurantee problems with banks, DRT, NCLT etc.
- Finding such businesses through a mix of different channels such as news, reference etc.
- Candidate should have knowledge of legal aspect of liquidation of companies.
- Candidate should have exposure in b2b sales for law firms, resolution companies or Asset reconstruction companies. Experience in Distressed assets can also be considered.
- Candidates from Tier 1 institutes preferred.
- Lawyers with experience in sales will be considered.
