VP - Growth & Marketing - EdTech, Bangalore, WFO)
Spearheading the Growth for marketing and revenue for the company. Working closely with the leadership team and become an integral part of creating a successful and smooth customer journey path.
Client Info:
Our client is a fast paced growing startup, creating an impact with it's unique ideology in the EdTech industry. They have a young and ambitious work force and are a strong believer of merit based and transparent growth.
Responsibilities:
- GTM strategy for new product portfolios and launching them in different geographies
- Expanding the ongoing business into new territories
- Carving out their own team to develop new product portfolios, expansion plans, heavy GTM strategies.
- Growth and expansion for both revenue and marketing (new ways of lead generation)
- Heavy responsibility for marketing (excluding performance marketing), brand, revenue growth strategies and international expansion.
Must Haves:
- Strong knowledge and experience in GTM strategies for new product launches in new geographies
- Excellent track record in expanding expansion and growth with previous employers (consumer-tech only and preferable edtech)
- Have worked in complex and fast growing startup ecosystem
- have built his/her own team previously from ground up
- Comfortable with working from office culture (6 days with Sundays off)
- MBA degree from tier 1 college would be preferred.
