Objective :

- To co-create a learning and development strategy linked to organizational strategy

- To co-create a culture of continuous learning

- To collaborate with the businesses and drive learning & OD interventions in order to build capabilities

Key Responsibilities :

- To design and deliver capability building programs through Organisations Corporate University for development of talent across Group companies

- To drive the organisation Capabilities and Leadership competencies at all levels across the Group companies

- To create and implement Development Action Plans for employees

- To develop internal L & OD capabilities across group companies

- To collaborate with external service providers and L&OD partners

- To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Group companies

- To support L&OD team in the Group companies in designing and delivering customized development programs

- To drive e-learning initiatives across the Group companies

- To design and drive the Leadership Development interventions

- To collaborate and partner with others in the Group in all aspects of L&OD function

Challenges for the Position :

- Diversified Business Portfolio spreading across multiple business sectors

- Global geographic spread of the Group

- Businesses at different stages of learning curve in terms of change management initiatives

- Engaging and managing Senior Business & HR stakeholders across Group companies

Candidate Profile :

- Around 10 years of relevant work experience in Training & Development.

- Conceptual strength on Learning & Development with awareness of contemporary methodologies

- High capability of Design and Delivery of programs in management and leadership

- Experience of designing and facilitating OD interventions

- High on collaboration and influencing skills to be able to work in partnership with Group companies as well as external stakeholders

- High level of specialization in Learning and OD

- High facilitation skills

- Exposure in large and complex business environment

Qualifications :

- MBA from a premier institute, Coaching Certification & Certification in Organizational Behavior are all preferable

Total Work Experience : 15 years & above

Location : Mumbai
