About our Client - Our client is looking for a seasonal Product Control candidate to take on a pioneer leadership role focusing on Rates, FX & Credit. Location is flexible for this position.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Product Control, your responsibilities will include:

- Your role will encompass hiring and managing a large team of product controllers (around 200 people) across multiple asset classes and with a focus on Rates, FX & Credit.

- This is a senior Product Control role and as such will require all the challenging and exciting commitments associated with such a position (growing, managing and motivating the team, establishment of daily processes, reporting, monitoring and controlling of daily activities, providing a high quality service to Front Office and Product Control clients outside of the location.)

- Supervising the Business Control relationship with Trading / Business management

- Acting as the main point of contact for Front Office on any P&L queries

- Reviewing daily P&L including an attribution analysis and all associated commentaries

- Responding to ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders

- Participating in new business initiatives and approving complex trades for the equity derivatives business

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10 - 14 years of relevant experience within Financial Services. Excellent knowledge in the Product Control space having worked in a leadership position for at least 5 years. You have strong knowledge of any asset class - Equities, Fixed Income, Rates, FX or Credit as well as their accounting treatment. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent and you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships globally. Strong organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
