One of these being their prime finance operations team based in Bangalore

Job Description - Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for:

- Working with the business as well as operations to understand the impact of new products or flows on the operational environment.

- Assisting in the management of changes ensuring minimal risk and manual processing is involved.

- Keeping informed about regulatory changes affecting the Equity product and interpreting that change to understand their impact.

- Working with global stakeholders to identify, develop and implement a number of important strategic initiatives for your platform.

- Collaborating with the global team to identify, prepare business cases and assist in the prioritisation of changes to the various technology platforms.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant must possess at least 12-15 years of strong operations experience, from which you can leverage a deep knowledge of the Prime Brokerage, Stock Lending and Synthetic Equity domain. Ideally, you would have worked in a shared-services or customer focused environment with skills to win business and communicate effectively with global stakeholders. Along with this you will also be well versed with industry initiatives like broker matching, regulatory environment and upcoming changes. You will have good relationships with external market participants which may include agent banks, messaging networks or technology providers. You have an excellent delivery track record, with experience of working on multiple projects in multi-disciplined teams, gained within the Financial Services industry.You should also have a commercial mindset and an inclination towards driving cost reduction, productivity enhancement and process improvement initiatives
