VP - Global Operations - GFX

GFX team in GSC, within the bandwagon of GMO and GR Service Delivery, provides Operations delivery to various entities across the Globe. This position is for the Global Operations catering various countries. The team monitors and performs FX Options Business, FXMM Confirmations, Settlements and Investigations functions arising out of the GFX Operations between the aforesaid locations with Counterparties worldwide.

The responsibility of the VP profile would be to own and manage the Process, People and existing / future Projects be it related to fresh migrations or existing Change initiatives. The responsibilities also include the management of day to day and real time interaction with Business Stakeholders and Clients within the framework of various policies and Compliance regulations governing the process and the specific locations. The right candidate should demonstrate capabilities of Navigating, Aspiring, Driving, Mobilising and Sustaining the initiatives and resources.

Experience in Managing, FX Cash Teams, FX Options Teams, Trade LifeCycle, Confirmations, Settlement, Post Settlements

Strong people management. The incumbent is expected to manage teams across regions, Middle East, Asia, Europe and US

Some one with a project bent of mind who is keen to look at process improvements, setting up a new team

Good knowledge of Risk and Controls
