Manage the delivery of expatriate operations (expatriate on-boarding, off-boarding & on-going activities) for locations as per agreed service level agreements.
Oversight of the end to end Expatriate Operations with strong understanding of intra and inter functional interdependencies.
Liaise with Regional Assignment Manager Team Leads to provide input and ensure consistent application of operational activities globally.
Get involved and contribute to the global Operational strategy of GARS
Operational management including the implementation and review of metrics, capacity models and quality controls to ensure optimal performance of staff and service level agreements
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve and expand processes and initiate action to implement and deliver high level of customer service with efficiency.
Close interaction with vendors on performance delivery and system enhancements.
Strong Operations knowledge and experience - metrics, service level adherence,ability to identify automation opportunities
Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner. Ability to identify gaps, mitigate risks and establish Controls.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, corporate policies, legal and regulatory procedures
Investigate and resolve any escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide support for performance management, career development and training for the teams. Lead teams with a shared vision and drive performance.
Knowledge and Skills:
Very strong operations management and leadership skills to manage and motivate multiple teams and functions which support clients globally and work different shifts
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, as well as work collaboratively with clients and HR colleagues in global environment, being flexible to different time zones and virtual management and colleagues
Excellent judgment, strategic thinking and decision making skills
