About our Client - Our client is a Leading MNC Bank with its finance COE based out Mumbai. They are looking to hire a seasoned senior professional to start and lead their Fund Accounting business.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director, your specific responsibilities would include:

- Create and implement new processes for the middle office product offering

- Analyze and review movements in the NAV, whilst understanding affects of P&L, side pockets and hedging on shares class NAVs and partner balances.

- Accounting for funding structures and investments

- Review final trial balance and all underlying portfolio information, accruals and expenses on funds to ensure that information on account is up to date and complete.

- Act as the point of contact / escalation for colleagues, providing on the job training and help to foster a change culture where the highest quality of service is provided.

- Promote and maintain our high quality client experience.

- Understand the needs of our clients, their requirement for accurate and timely reporting coupled with a proactive approach to client relationship management.

The Successful Candidate - CA/CPA with atleast 12+ years post qual experience. You must have atleast 6+ years of relevant fund accounting/admin experience. This would include experience within investment accounting with exposure to FX, Interest rates, CTAs etc. Full working knowledge of Single Manager and Fund of Fund NAV preparation and review process You must be coming from Hedge funds, IBanks, Treasury Centres. Proficiency in use of Advent Geneva, Paladyne and NTAS will be advantageous
