Job Opportunity with Leading Investment Bank

Experience : 10 - 16 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ongoing monitoring of capacity model and drive discussions for efficient and effective production support

- Drive the improvement of day-to-day operational processes to reduce fraud alert response times and enhance the client experience

- Build a culture of accountability and autonomy by empowering associates to identify issues, dependencies, and to make decisions

- Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance/design the technology necessary to automate and streamline processes

- Partner with analytics teams to design on-demand reporting and dashboards

- Oversee control enhancements/process changes resulting from flash fraud events

- Design and execute on mitigation activities in response to KPI misses

- Identify, track and react to client experience issues with solutions

- Manage the highest-level escalations

- Establish and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
