VP - FP&A - Investment Banking

VP - FP&A, Investment Banking Captive Center;

The candidate would manage Finance Reporting processes and would be responsible for the following activities performed by his/ her team

- Analyzing the cost variances

- Commentary writing including budgets vs actuals, Year on year variances and Month on month movements

- Calculation and posting of accruals each month.

- Allocation of costs to the Front offices, Budget Transfer Process

- Reconciliation and sign-off of Balance sheet accounts

- Supporting on various Reorganizations and Restatements

- Ad hoc reporting and support for quarterly and annual reporting as needed.

- Financial planning & forecasting for the global Shared Services division

- Providing transparent, accurate and timely management reporting/performance measurement to key clients

- Ensuring transparency and efficiency of the cost allocation processes

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA Finance (Tier 1) with 10 plus work experience and atleast recent 4 years in FP&A.

- Work experience in Banking/ Financial Services is desirable.

- Management accounting

- Financial Services Background preferable

- Budgeting and Planning

- Knowledge of Financial Systems

- Previous forecasting/budgeting experience
