About Our Client

Our client is a leading MNC Investment Bank. With over a decade of successful functioning in the APAC region and a strong foothold in India, our client is looking to add a Vice President - Financial Reporting based out of their Pune office.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Leading a large team of Qualified Accountants to transition new and existing global Financial Reporting functions to the Pune office

- Building strategic relationships with senior level global stakeholders

- Driving change and consistently enhancing service quality

- Providing senior leadership support for all functions being carried out

The Successful Applicant

You will be a CA with at least 12 years of Post Qualification experience in the Financial Reporting space. You will bring detailed knowledge of business operations in the Banking space, along with strong people management practices across cross functional teams. The ability to lead a large team and drive and influence senior global stakeholders is imperative for your success in this role.
