About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational bank looking for a talented and experienced Vice President currently handling Financial Reporting to join their team in Mumbai. Job Description - Reporting to the Head - Financial Reporting, your specific job responsibilities will include:

- The incumbent is mainly responsible for managing the delivery of reporting requirements and journal entries posting for Controllership teams of customer countries, and ensuring quality of review for output and service.

- You would be Responsible for the integrity of the country's head office reporting process and accuracy of the financial numbers reflected in the various head office reports.

- These reports include the monthly Financial Data Load (financial statements), Quarterly Memo cable, Country Exposure or Cross Border Reporting, Cash Flow Report, Fair Value Report and host of other reports collected both on a regular basis and on an ad-hoc basis.

The Successful Candidate - You possess a minimum education of accounting/finance/business preferably CA / CPA or CFA. You should have relevant experience of at least 10-12 years in financial reporting operations, audit or finance functions. Further, also have the ability to grasp more difficult accounting procedures (FASBs) on complex products and derivative transactions that are inherent in the business of more developed countries. You must demonstrate leadership qualities and have the ability to influence and challenge the norms of traditional thinking.
