Job Description:

- Leading the financial planning and analysis department, focusing on the finance and insurance sectors.

- Establishing and maintaining financial policies and management information systems.

- Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues.

- Ensuring the organization's financial commitments are met.

- Developing and implementing strategies for financial planning and forecasting.

- Interpreting and presenting financial reports to senior management.

- Evaluating departmental performance through financial analyses.

- Coordinating with other department leads to develop best practices for financial management.

Profile:

A successful 'AD - FP & A' should have:

- 10+ years of overall experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry

- Open to Gurgaon as a location, WFO/WFH

- Rich Experience of working with global stakeholders
