Role will be based out of Malad - Mumbai.
- Reporting to the Finance & Business Management Program Lead supporting the CIB Technology organization, the primary function of the role is to provide comprehensive strategic support to the CIB Technology organization, a global
- The role will involve regular interaction with senior management across Technology, Operations, F&BM, as well as the front office stakeholders.
- Executive reporting and managing key metrics for the organization. Additionally, the position will also be responsible for assisting with defining a comprehensive tool strategy for CIB Technology which will encompass, financial and expense management, vendor management, headcount tracking and program and portfolio management.
- Some of these initiatives are strategically aligned to the overall firm-wide GT Drive initiative, forming the core of the technology roadmap.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiencies in how we operate
- During implementation responsible for tracking progress, escalating issues, risks and challenges
- Ensure adherence of proper governance is established for the project and processes
- Perform analysis to review controls and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies / effectiveness across CIB Technology Finance and Business Management
Looking out for CA/MBA Finance with 10 years experience in Financial planning and Analysis preferably for Technology or Operations.
- 12 to 14 Years experience for Graduates with renowned Bank/ shared service set up/ BPO/ KPO
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a program management office and delivery management function
- Ideal experience/background in technology and/or operations - i.e. operating procedures, operating model design, strategy
- Proven ability to make concise and effective presentations
- Experience on global projects or process/control improvements
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Projects and experienced at managing a cross line of business plan, including cross dependencies
- Established track record of project delivery in a complex environment
- Strong analytical, structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong influencing and relationship management skills
