About our Client : Our client is a leading insurance and re-insurance provider having a global client foothold. Operating out of more than 20 countries, they have a product line ranging from standard to customized products catering to this diverse clientele. Amidst a dynamic and expanding environment, they are looking for a seasoned professional; performing end-to-end finance operations, who can lead/manage large teams being based out of Bangalore.

Job Description : Reporting to the SVP, your key responsibilities include:

- Setting up, achieving and monitoring team targets along with its KPIs

- Grooming the team towards achievement of service levels and quality outputs

- Performing end to end transactional operations viz. AP, AR, R2R and O2C on a daily basis

- Assuring reporting, quality and risk management activities

- Engage in professional communication with various stakeholders (internal and external) thereby ensuring service provisioning

- Continuous process development, improvement and talent management

- Showing positivity towards a dynamic and international environment

The Successful Candidate:

- As an ideal candidate, you possess a Masters degree with 9-13 years or any graduate degree with 11-14 years of post qualification experience.

- Prior associations within a shared services setup or any financial services, primarily into financial operations, would be highly advantageous in terms of fitment.

- The candidate needs to have handled large teams, high level of team management skills and strong focus on performance and targets. With a result-oriented working style, the individual must possess a service level and client orientation.

- Given the environment, having the ability to act as a change-catalyst and aligning those changes with the team would be beneficial.
