Our client is one of the leading Financial Institutions globally. Due to expansion in their global business, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a very critical team leading role in their global financial services centre to support the group expenses/accounts payable operations of the company across the globe.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head – Finance Operations and handling a team of 50+ professionals, you would be responsible for supporting the global expenses and supplier payment operations for the bank.

Your key responsibilities shall include:

- Client relationship management

- Managing, Guiding and supporting payment process and related activities (AP, Staff expenses, etc)

- Delivering operational excellence & process improvement while handling the team and groom qualified professionals under your supervision

- Build effective relationship with senior management and other onshore partners

- Work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives

- Leading the team to ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA/MBA with 12+ years of post qualification experience in Accounts Payable Operations or F&A operations. Prior experience in large team and senior stakeholder management is a must. Understanding and working knowledge in Payables is preferred. People currently working in a banking captive setup shall be given preference.
