Job Title: V.P. Finance

CTC: 40 to 60 Lacs

Location: Mumbai

Preferred Industry: Oil and Gas, Infrastructure or Manufacturing Sector

Qualified Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate / MBA in Finance from a premier institute

- At least 12 to 15 years of experience in corporate finance function mainly handling funding relationships with banks.

Experience Of Standby Letter Of Credit Essential. We Will Not Interview Any Candidate Who Has No Experience Of SBLC

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Responsible for debt fund raising activities of the company. Sourcing and liaison with potential banks and financial institutions for various project finance requirements

- Well connected with PSU/Private Banks (credit teams) including THE CHAIRMAN LEVEL

- Building relationships with key banking teams in the oil and gas sector for project financing, acquisition financing requirements etc.

- Leading execution of transactions including ability to handle the debt funding from inception till completion for the company

- Ability to negotiate and finalize terms of financing, explain complex project details to banks

- Excellent understanding of various debt funding instruments including domestic and foreign currency term loans, bonds, ECBs, working capital finance, etc

- Timely and effective compliance on various facilities with banks and be the point person for all communications with banks

- Keep abreast of latest developments in the oil and gas sector including financing, M&A etc

- Projecting short term and long term fund requirements
