About our Client - Our client is a Media giant with diversified stake across various mediums, they employ over 11,000 employees pan India and have a revenue exceeding $1.5 billion, the business is growing in multifaceted domains and looking for a dynamic Vice President - Finance based at the corporate to join the business.

Job Description - Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and managing a team of up to 8 people you would be responsible for:

- Liaising with the business heads, CEO on the business profitability, MIS and financial planning

- Ensuring all the statutory compliance are in place - Service tax, FEMA regulations and accounting

- Ensuring the organisation has a strong control and risk framework in place

- In addition, you would be responsible to lead, motivate and manage the team as well.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 12 to 15 years of post qualification experience within a Media/Services based organization (exposure to managing channels would be a preference).You will be a hands-on individual with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication skills is essential and you must have strong exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis
