About our Client - Our client is one of the Leading Insurance Companies in India with offices across all metros. With strong Bancassurance, distribution and agency channels across multiple location, they are looking to recruit a senior Finance professional to join their setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic and Financial Planning:

- Strategy formulation and basis that creation of short term and long term financial plan after identifying core competencies, assessing external factors like competition, market etc and internal factors like strengths and weaknesses.

- Implementing by creating key performance parameters and monitoring it at agreed intervals.

Budgeting:

- Preparation of company's Expense budgets, deployment and monitoring of the same.

Cost Rationalization:

- Exploring new opportunities for rationalizing cost across organization.

Investors Relationship:

- Helping CFO in resolving queries from Market Analyst and Investors, attending earning call and Investors meet.

Performance Management:

- Managing the KPIs of business, analyzing the key variance from plan and updating Board and Shareholders

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / Tier I MBA with 10 + years of experience in Corporate FP&A within a Insurance / Core Banking setup. Prior experience in managing teams as well as senior stakeholders is a must.
