VP - Finance Controller - Retail/FMCG

We are in search for VP - Finance Controller for Bangalore location, who will own, drive and lead the entire Finance Controller Operations. This position would directly work with and report to the CFO.

Position is expected to provide the leadership for the entire Finance, Accounting, Taxation & Statutory Compliance functions.

The candidate should be qualified CA with 12 - 16 yrs of experience in the financial domain.

- Should be In a Senior Leadership role at least for 4 Years.

- At least 3-4 years of experience in large team management.

- Candidate should have worked in Top Retail / FMCG / Supply Chain industries.

- Should strategise , plan and lead the cost reduction techniques like automation of finance processes (AR / AP/ others.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Stint with startups with team and process ramping up experience .

- Cross location team management is preferred.
