VP - Finance Controller - FRO

Role Outline/Job Summary :

This position will be part of the FRO team in Mumbai. The role will support EMEA Cluster in Analytics, Assurance and interface domain cutting across the functions. This is a senior level position responsible for value added analytics and initiatives within FRO processes, providing assurance for the established controls and being first point of contacts for controllers.

Role & Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

Analytic's :

- Perform validation and analysis of outputs prior to delivery

- Review balance sheet / TB including Ageing of Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Suspense accounts etc.

- Establish / hold accountability of performance metrics

- Drive value added initiatives for country within FRO process areas

Assurance :

- Ensure process adequacy on controls / delivery tools such as Blue works, SOPs etc.

- Establish process linkages etc.

- Drive corrective actions / sustainable fixes for issues.

- Drive data quality remediation

- Perform integrity checks

Interface :

- Point of contact for controllers to resolve issues and build connect

- Be on key Forum of CFO / Controllers

- Build ongoing knowledge of country business and process issues

- Coordinator of FRO project deliverables for RRAI, full suits

Qualifications :

Post Graduate or certification with minimum 12+ years relevant experience

Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Hands on experience with client facing consulting engagements and management

- Hands on experience in handling Senior management and conflicts

- Sound and conceptual understanding of account principles and policies, risk and controls

- Ability to Initiate, lead and take sound decisions

- Exceptional people management skills including performance review and career guidance
