VP - Finance Controller - BFSI/BPO/KPO

Looking for CA with 10 years + experience from Finance Controllership Background

Industry pref-- BFSI / BPO /KPO or any service industry.

Key Responsibilities---

- To partner with the cost control/ decision support teams in APAC for correct expense booking, month close and robust balance sheet reconciliation;

- To build and lead the Cost Financial Control team

- Group Finance cost management and reporting operating model;

- To support client facing cost professionals in each location in providing high quality cost financial control;

- To identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, particularly the potential for synergies across functions and regions;
