Role : VP Finance Control

Location : Bangalore

CTC - up to 38,00,000 pa

Timing - EMEA Shifts (1 pm to 11 pm)

- He will be a part of Finance team who serves as a planning and analytical resource to help executives manage, forecast, plan and gain insight into the financial profitability of the business.

- The finance group responsibilities include managing the monthly and quarterly forecast process, coordinating financial reporting and processes with Corporate finance teams, managing the annual budget/mid-year forecast process, managing several financial and strategic analytic projects and providing insight and decision support to the leadership team.

- Support (design/modify/review) the monthly/quarterly reporting around EMRs, Performance dashboards, revenue/ expense, headcount and Balance Sheet as per business requirements

- Preparation of insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations

- Ideal candidate will help support in all aspects of Management Reporting

- Support ad-hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management.

- Team Management, supervision of daily work, providing feedback, appraisals

- Experience in Retail Financial Service/ banking industry preferred

- Strong team/ people management skills

- Excellent communication and partnering skills

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
